I ordered some dairy products in the zepto app around 8:28pm.While i was waiting for my order to be delivered, i got a message that my order was delivered.
But i had not received my order.
Please help me with my query.
I paid Rs.164 for the order through google pay.
Either i want my order or refund.

I am attaching the invoice of the order with this.

I have placed order on 3rd October which was not delivered but shows delivered on app. same day I have raised issues with help center they said in 3_5 days I will get my refund. On 8 of October they are saying they didn't receive any amount from my end. After showing the screen shot of payment they still denied.

The milk which has been delivered just now is spoilt and u can see the image of it, and today is the last day of that product, i want u to deliver one more or else to refund the money which is paid by me

I never thought about Zepto.
Delivery guy doesn't deliver really. He wants us to come to his location. Is this really home delivery really Zepto..
I didn't feel like talking to the delivery agent. talking way nonsense

The delivery boy, Mayank Goyal, took my number and texted me on WhatsApp saying offensive things

I panicked and reported the number, and forgot to take screenshots.

Intolerable behaviour from Zepto delivery executive with lazy response from customer care executive even after having video proof of delivery guy swapping his slippers with owners slipper.

I ordered diary products from an app called zepto.I ordered at around 8:26am while I was waiting for the items to be delivered, I received a message that your order have been delivered at around 8:49am.
But I hadn't got any order .
I called their customer support several times and they said to talk in-app chat support.
When I contacted them they were adament that the the store has delivered the order.

Zepto charges for carry bag in the name of packaging charge. They says that packaging charge is for picker who picks the product from warehouse. But the question is why do they have delivery fee additionally. They do charge delivery fee and packaging charge with same meaning. It’s just a manipulation of words. They charges for carry bag with a logo in it. Packaging charge we have to pay every time for their brand advertisement. They are so smart, instead of mentioning carry bag charge, they put it as packaging charge. This is a unfair trade Practice. They have delivery fee for picking the product from warehouse then what a smart way to charge additionally in the name of packaging charge

Note: As soon as it was delivered i have connected with Zepto in app chat support dated[protected] at 9:11pm agent POOJA after a long hold it was transferred to Prathamesh at 9:42pm again transferred Suraj at 9:50pm after long hold...
