Zepto — Money stuck and order not delivered

I am writing to file a complaint against Zepto for a failed order and extremely poor customer support.

I placed an order on 30 March 2026 at 11:12 PM through the Zepto app. Even after waiting for more than two hours, my order was not delivered. It is showing order on the way and it will take 5 minutes for it to be delivered since last 1.5 hours( I have attached the screenshot).

I tried contacting customer support through the in-app chat multiple times, but I did not receive any response. Additionally, I contacted the delivery partner directly, and he informed me that the order could not be delivered and asked me to cancel it. However, there is no option available in the app to cancel the order.

This has resulted in:
• Order not being delivered
• My money being deducted and blocked
• No support or resolution from Zepto

This is not the first time I am facing such an issue. This is the second occurrence, which shows a clear pattern of poor service and lack of accountability.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through chat support and email, there has been no proper response.

I request the following:
1. Immediate full refund of my order amount
2. Compensation for the inconvenience and poor service
3. Proper action to prevent such issues in the future

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter further through appropriate legal and public channels.
