Zepto — Order dealy & customer support executive beahvior

Really disappointed and frustrated with my recent Zepto experience! My order was delayed by almost 40 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose o[censored]sing a quick delivery service. Customers rely on timely delivery, especially for urgent needs, and such delays cause unnecessary inconvenience.

What made the situation even worse was the interaction with the customer support executive. Instead of providing proper assistance or trying to resolve the issue, she was arguing with me, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect support teams to be polite, understanding, and solution-oriented — not confrontational.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I strongly urge Zepto to improve both their delivery timelines and customer support quality. Better training and accountability are needed to ensure customers are treated with respect and their concerns are handled properly.
