Description of the Issue:
I am writing to report a serious case of fraud regarding my recent order. My delivery partner, Muhammad Faizan, contacted me. He requested the OTP under the pretense of delivering the items to my family members at the gate.
Trusting the process, I provided the OTP. However:
No delivery was made. I have confirmed with my family members that no items were handed over.
Order status changed to "Delivered." The delivery partner entered the OTP into your system and left the location without dropping off the goods.
Refusal to communicate. I have attempted to call Mr. Faizan several times to locate the items, but he has since blocked my phone number.
I have already contacted your Chat Support, but they provided an automated response stating the order is "Fully Delivered." This is incorrect. This is a case of delivery partner misconduct and theft.
Required Action:
I request an immediate investigation into this partner's behavior. WE HAVE CCTV FOOTAGE THAT HE DIDNOT DELIVER ITEM AT ALL.
An immediate full refund of the amount paid online, OR
A replacement delivery of my items sent via a different partner.
I have screenshots of the order and the call logs to prove the delivery partner's lack of response. Please resolve this within 24 hours.
