Milk with expiry date of 13th Feb 2023 is delivered at 10 pm 13th feb 2023.
And zepto support team is saying that it is mentioned on the website that these things are ment to be consumed same day.
How can someone consume 1 liter in 2 hours, even if i can why do i consume something which i do not want to in a subjected time.

Delivered milk that says use by 13th at 10 pm on 13th Feb 2023, and they says that it is ment to be consumed same day. How can some one consume 1 liter with 2 hours. And Support team is so rude that they are not even listening saying that drop mail to support team that's it.

First of all Zepto this is not the kind of behaviour i would expect first the order which was marked as delivered and was not delivered to me and i called the delivery partner he was not picking up the call and then i goes to in app support where they wasted my 45 minutes then started we have throughly reviewed it was delivered to you but as i said it was not delivered to me so i called and then the customer support executive was talking rudely to me i paid 413 ruppes for that order which is not a small amount so i request zepto to look into this and provide the refund

I ordered atta on 30th January.we found it spoiled when I opened the product. The expiry date is 21st february.its a pack of 5kg atta. When I checked with customer service they failed to refund or exchange.i need complete refund or exchange.

I have faced the problem with Zepto, while ordering they have delivered all the items except one item with offer. I have requested them to deliver it because of their mistake.

They are irresponsible and made refund and asked to reorder it. If you reorder you need to pay the full amount instead of the offered price.

I have deleted my account with their customer service. After that i am keep on receiving frequent SMS from them. How it is possible?

I don't want to use Zepto hereafter.

Could you please help me to stop the SMS, which is irritating me.

I have tried to place an order from zepto amount was debited from my account but order not placed

I ordered some dairy products in the zepto app around 8:28pm.While i was waiting for my order to be delivered, i got a message that my order was delivered.
But i had not received my order.
Please help me with my query.
I paid Rs.164 for the order through google pay.
Either i want my order or refund.

I am attaching the invoice of the order with this.

I have placed order on 3rd October which was not delivered but shows delivered on app. same day I have raised issues with help center they said in 3_5 days I will get my refund. On 8 of October they are saying they didn't receive any amount from my end. After showing the screen shot of payment they still denied.

The milk which has been delivered just now is spoilt and u can see the image of it, and today is the last day of that product, i want u to deliver one more or else to refund the money which is paid by me

I never thought about Zepto.
Delivery guy doesn't deliver really. He wants us to come to his location. Is this really home delivery really Zepto..
I didn't feel like talking to the delivery agent. talking way nonsense

The delivery boy, Mayank Goyal, took my number and texted me on WhatsApp saying offensive things

I panicked and reported the number, and forgot to take screenshots.

Intolerable behaviour from Zepto delivery executive with lazy response from customer care executive even after having video proof of delivery guy swapping his slippers with owners slipper.
