Zepto — Order not delivered neither refund has initiated even after request

I have ordered vegetables 2 kg onions, 1kg tomota and 1 piece sweet corn on quick commerce site Zepto on 22.01.2025 at 19:44pm but i hve not received any phone call from delivery boy nor i received any order material but showing delivered in 12 mins, but after calling the delivery agent he told that order was cancelled and after connecting the online help line of zepto they asked to check outside of building and after my confrimation that i have not received any order they informed about refund, even after my request to delivery the same order they refused
