I, Rahul Akiwate, am filing this complaint against Zepto regarding a defective and unsafe product delivered through their platform.

Issue:
The product label has overlapping text where the batch number, price, and expiration date are printed directly over one another in a heavily layered dot-matrix format. This makes the critical safety information completely unreadable. Without a clear expiry date, I cannot verify whether the product is safe for use.

I raised this issue with Zepto support, attaching photographic evidence, and requested either a replacement or refund. However, Zepto refused to accept my complaint and declined to proceed with resolution.

- Refund to my original payment source OR
- Replacement with a correctly printed batch showing clear expiry details
