I placed my FIRST order ever on Zepto Tuesday night (Jan 27, 2026). Friend set up account, saved his number as receiver (I didn't know this option existed). My address correct but delivery boy got confused location.
6 products split into 2 shipments:
- First: Refunded fine (delivery issue)
- Second: Shows "Delivered" but NEVER received. No complaint option works (app error).

They flagged "policy violation" (unfair for first order), rejected refund. Offered call but went back to rejection.
Request: FULL REFUND for undelivered order. No fraud—just new user confusion.
