[Resolved]  Zerodha — account opening issue - delay

Hi,

I had done account opening process, i got msg like "we are operating under our covid-19 contingency plan for business continuity and the safety of our team. Over 1200 members of our team are working from their homes. Due to this and an increased inflow of account opening forms, the account opening can take up to an additional 72 hours" ;

Due to cuvid corona virus process will take time process but how many days i had activated account on 17mar2020 5 days ago how many days it will take if everything is online as per your advertisement it take 5-10 mins for account activation then why it goes to 5 days, 2-3 days is ok why should take such long.
Even there customer supoort and sales team not answering properly
