I have done all necessary steps to open Zerodha account, however 2 repetitive issues coming
1) Web cam verification - did this step almost 3 times and it still keeps asking for it. Not sure why
2) Name mismatch between PAN and Aadhar - not sure how can I attach a self attested letter that both docs are legit and have the name of the same person
Its really annoying how it takes so much time to merely open an account
Its been more than 1-2 months now

          As today was a weekly expiry and hence as I was trading I was in a profit of[protected] but as soon as I tried to square off I was not able to do so as an error was showing, 'Sever not ready'.
          I lost my capital of 395000/- and hence I demand my compensation for the same because due to the broker's technical issue I would not be suffering such huge losses

            And while paying that amount of Rs.6.55 I paid Rs.500 by mistake.

              I have made a payment of ₹12, 000 to pay for my SIP on 5th August. The payment was done through UPI. The payment on Google pay was done successfully and my amount was deducted but Zerodha marked the payment failed. I have contacted bank and they said the payment was transferred successfully and it has to be reversed by Zerodha's end.

              Zerodha team is asking me to be patient and is unable to resolve the issue. I have shared all the information with them (including my bank's email screenshots). They are still asking me to wait, even after opening a ticket. The ticket was opened on 8th and it's already almost 10 days.

              Please suggest on how I can get my money back. It has been really a bad experience for me from zerodha's side.

              There is no information shared by neither Zerodha, nor BSE starMF. This transaction was made to the government organisation for buying mutual funds and they are making such delays. What can we expect when the payment was made to any private entity!!

              Nobody is giving me any information or any deadline about the refund of my payment. It's really disheartening for me and i am losing faith in the financial system.

                My Client ID is BO1013. This incident took place on 01-Apr-2022 when Zerodha had an option to use mandates set up by customers to retrieve the desired amount of money from the Bank Account and transfer it to Coin Wallet for payment of mutual funds.

                My mandate was set to withdraw an amount of INR 11000 on the 1st day of every month linked to my SBI account. I had personally ensured that there was enough money to successfully execute the mandate until 01-Apr but for unknown reasons the money was not deducted on time. I continued making transactions using the same account without checking if the amount was deducted as they are automated until I received a message on 05-Apr that an amount of Rs.295 was charged for debit mandate failure. I spent some time going through FAQs on Zerodha and raised a complaint with the Bank. The Bank Manager called me up and after understanding my concern explained that the bank transactions are automated even on holidays and it is not responsible for the failure of automated deductions including mandates provided that the amount available is sufficient and suggested that I raise the issue with Zerodha and allow him to speak with Zerodha to understand where the problem originated.

                On 22-Apr I raised a complaint (Complaint No. [protected]) explaining the issue and with all the required attachments such as a Bank Statement and Screenshots of Complaints raised with the Bank and its status. After multiple conversations with the Zerodha Representative, I was finally able to have the Bank Manager speak with the Zerodha Customer Representative on 27-Apr. During the call, it was established that I had followed all the requirements such as maintaining balance prior to 1-2 days of mandate debit date for maintaining ledger amount but a service called PayU Money who is contracted or employed by Zerodha to carry out these mandate transactions did not perform the debiting process from 31-Mar to 01-Apr but carried them out on 03-Apr instead and failed as I had an insufficient balance due to a few personal transactions.

                Even though the error from Zerodha was acknowledged and I was assured that the issue with PayU Money will be taken up, no actions have been taken until now and my money has not been returned even after following up multiple times on 12-May, 02-June on their Complaints Platform and by call on 18-July. During these multiple follow-ups, Zerodha assured me that my issue was being undertaken on priority, and on-call I was assured that corrective actions will be undertaken even though the mandate debit system was ceased in June by the Government and a Manager from the Coin Mutual Funds Team would get in touch with me based on an agreed mutual availability but no such thing ever occurred.

                On 21-July, my ticket was closed without my consent. I reopened it immediately but there has been no response from Zerodha as usual. I was mentally exhausted initially after explaining the issues with Zerodha Representatives and my Bank Representatives, but now I feel miserable after multiple follow-ups for an error that I am not responsible for and thus decided to have the complaint stated here.

                A reader may find this complaint funny since I am salaried and foolishly running after a refund of a mere Rs.295/- but other than this refund I never received an apology be it for the error from their side or the delay in resolving or the amount of time that was used/ wasted by me albeit for the false assurances that never took place during this entire duration and this has caused me immense discomfort. It is to be noted that this can be a wake-up call for all users to be aware of a possible fraud that may have taken place for a suitable duration as I managed to find an error in their process or how this process may have been incorrectly executed with the required proof and assuming that there may be a far-fetched possibility that someone involved in the system may have used this error to their advantage on unknowing users given that they boast of lakhs o[censored]sers who generally turn a blind eye to these matters.

                  Refund not issued for failed SIP

                  I had made a NEFT transaction of Rs 27500 to YES Bank account of ICCL as per information provided by Zerodha on their portal on 1st July, 2022. The money was deducted and after 2-3 days, the SIP of Rs 25000 for Kotak Emerging Equity Fund was not executed. Hence, I made UPI payment of Rs 25000 for the above mentioned SIP.                   I paid 16K for Parag Parikh Flexi Cap fund via Zerodha Coin Platform on 4th July. The transaction failed and money was deducted. Zerodha support team promised that the refund will be processed by 9th July, which became 14th July, then 19th July, then 22nd July, then 25th July and then 28th July

                  It's been 1 month and I haven't received the refund yet. They keep telling that BSE STARMF is doing reconciliation and it will be refunded shortly. 1 month is by no standard "shortly". I don't know how the recons are done, are they manually matching values

                  Please help me get my money back. People write off failed investments, I don't want to write off failed transactions 🙏

                    Hello Sir/Mam,
                    My Name is Payal. My Zerodha id is RG8103. I purchased 21 mutual fund value of ₹4.41 lakh using zerodha coin application at 5th July. But Only I got only 11 mutual fund one by one. Those 11 MUTUAL Funds was approved in 2-3 days and 3 Mutual funds was initiated at 18 July and they were count 18th July price. But Price was low at 5th july that is the reason I purchased that day but they allocate 18th july when price was high. Here is that 3 mutual funds details. You can see my loss.

                    Current Price = 18th july price
                    1. AXIS MIDCAP FUND - current price : ₹70.5 - 5th july price : ₹68.30
                    2. QUANT ACTIVE FUND - current price : ₹ 407.6 - 5th july price : ₹ 394
                    3 CANADA ROBACO SMALL CAP FUND - current price: ₹23.95 - 5th july price : ₹ 23.17

                    Now, other 7 mutual funds are rejected by Zerodha with reason “ PAYMENT NOT INITIATED FROM CLIENT END”. But I already paid amount of all 21 mutual funds. I complaint about my 7 mutual fund money back in Zerodha coin support. But They didn’t gave my money and also they are not answering my email.

                      My Account no. LJ48**, I'd bought a put options(35000PE) which is at At the money contract. While I'm trying to change the position from MIS to Normal it doesn't allow. while inquiring the customer care, they told that its because of out of the money and open interest. All these are happening while the Banknifty Spot price is around 35053. Its kind of cheating to block the trader from avoiding the loss. I keep on requesting them via customer care to convert the position, but they didn't allow, while other brokers are allowing the same

                        Charts hangs a lot and i need to refresh them every five minutes, all other systems and apps are working well but zerodha charts are not working .

                          Where is my intraday profit?

                          I have all screenshot yesterday & today's regarding fund details.

                          I think zerodha steals money from those accounts who had done so many types of trade(intraday, trading, investment, future & Option) in one account.

                          I have squared off all my future option whether to check zerodha steals money or not. By doing only intraday in yesterday. But the profit not shown in my account today(30-june_2022)

                            During opening an account they said no charges. Now I stoped trading in february since then they are deducting whatever amount there in the wallet as well as wallet showing rs - 165 balance.

                            Its really cheating. I think I should withdraw my mutual funds if it is goes on like this

                              Incorrect investment amount showed in Kite and console

                              There is a difference in the Invested amount showing in Kite and Console in Zerodha, I have raised a ticket and they keep closing it saying its resolved but the issue still continues. It's 6 working days now and the issue still persists. Its scary as they are changing the investment amount themselves, where is the compliance here.
