fund transfer failure

I did a fund transfer of rs5000 through the kite payment gateway on 10/7/18 but the transaction was a failure and amount has been debited from bank account for which amount has not been recredited back to my account even after 24 hrs. I kindly request to credit the amount to my trading account or back to my bank account the earliest.I am hereby attaching screenshot of the mentioned transaction....

compensation denied

Hi team,

My client id. Is ye2779, yesterday i purchased 500 shares of indigo on short and had a stop loss in place however once the share price hit the stop loss buy order wasn't executed and i wasn't able to manually exit the order as well from the order book. Due to this i lost close to rs.23000.

I have spoken to one of your representatives who informed me that yesterday there was a technical issue and orders...

unknown trade in my account

My zerodha id isrf0014 i trade with zerodha more than 8 years but i have bad experience on22.02.2018, an extra 7lot crude mini trade in my account without my knowledge i want ip adress and compaint through zupport @zerodha.com, they not give ip adress or good answer to me. My zerodha ticket no is[protected] i request to zerodha team memebers please help me to resolve my problem thanku...

not providing login credentials

This is regarding zerodha company.

In january 30th i have submitted the documents (Addhar card, pan card, equity form) for to get the access for zerodha account also i have paid 300/- for account opening in zerodha.

But on 30th january they have sent the below mail:

Dear rohit,

Your account opening application has been validated and forwarded to the concerned...

service is very poor

I have an a/c in zerodha. Bought qty. 440 of gvkpower @25.25, when it goes up upto 25.6 whats to sell/exit. But unable to do it,. Every time when put request to exit, it became rejected. Called the customer care, they dont pick-up the call.
E-mailed to the support team for an early solution to exit.
Gave aticket no, thats all.

Mean time the stock goes down i am in loss....

intraday chart .stop loss wrongly trigger.

My stop loss is getting trigger wrongly according to my intraday chart and this has happen to me multiple times. I am lossing faith in your product and service. What can you do about this. For further action email me. My i d is zp6180. On 9/10/17 i sold some shares of federal bank at 112.45 and kept a stoploss of target 112.75 and trigger price also 112.75. According to the chart the price only rose upto 112.70 and my stop loss got trigger....

As per the zeroda website, the segment will not work after 5 mins of kill switch applied ( should deactivate within 5 mins) . I was in profit and applied the kill switch. After 20 mins, i just tried to test if it is working or not and my order got executed and came in loss. Tried one more with more quantity and that also came in loss and i was able to sell also. Overall i was in loss and Zeroda customer support guy says its my mistake and why did you try to place an order aftr killing the segment. Its their mistake to avoid trading even after killing the options segment. Please help me on this isue.

    On 10 February 2025 Morning I noticed that 61 out of 67 holding's Average cost showing incorrect figures as well as my P&L also showing negative or wrong numbers. and raised compaint under Support on same day. (refer the ticket no : [protected])

    I recieved a response from support team that the issue will be fixed within 24-48 hrs of time and I again checked my Kite (zerodha portal) same on 14 February 2-25 as per their previous response in ticket on 10 February 2025 but I found no fix or update on the resolution to my issue or concern. Again i raised my concern on same day i.e 14 February 2025 here I recieved standard response that expect 24-48hrs to get issue resolved.

    This was really frustrating to me as a Investor who trusted Zerodha but again i reached out to support team on 17 February 2025 which is more than 168 hrs of my initial ticket ( 7days). then they mentioned in ticket saying "transferring your query to the concerned department. You can expect a response in the next 24 to 48 hours."

    on 19 February 2025, Tried calling customer care number mentioned on the portal[protected] where no one responded and then I called another number[protected] whre both customer support agent and escalation manager told me that this is notice on 17 February 2025 and will be rectified or fixed with in 24-48 hrs( tarik pe tarik a standard statement from everyone) however this issue started on 10 February not 17 February 2025.

    I recieved a response from support team on 18 February 2025 that Console holding updated and Kite (zeroddha) will be synced next morning and it was updated, however I recieved feedback call from support team from[protected] and I shared my feedback and displeasure on they way Zerodha team handled my case and I acknowledged that issue is resolved at that moment,

    Today again when I opened my Zerodha portal again I found same issue but this time 66 out of 67 showing incorrect avg cost ( 54 showing 0 or N/A). I'm really frustrated to see this issue again and there is not proper fix from concerned team.

    I receieved update from support team member Sharon stating that they found issue and will notify me once its fixed

    Do you really think your team is compentent enough keep customer happy?, I see here team is more focused on KPIs such as TAT and AHT not customer statisfaction.

        Rs 4 lac was debited from hdfc account on 25/5/2023 with email statement from hdfc bank . Zerodha is not able to solve the problem . Hdfc bank has already verified it .

          I have completed the phone number and email verification. When I enter the Pan number and date of birth, I get a message saying "Pan verification failed" despite it being correct. I have got an instant epan.

            I made a payment of 100000 towards Zerodha for Mutual Funds on the 29th of March. As per Zerodha payment failed but as per my bank (ICICI) payment was successfully made.

            Please help me with my refund.

              Kite application is not showing 20th depth for example I have selected now 17050 pe option of PUT it showing only top five not the 20 option we have... for me it looks like faurd so I am filling this complaint.. if required I can show the proof on this application

                        Dear Sir
                        I have transferred some Mutual Fund to another Broker through CDSL Easiest Platform.
                        Now wants the AMC statement of the transferred Mutual Fund to get an update from their side.
                        But the Zerodha Support person sent a random reply and they didn't resolve my problem.
                        I have requested many times, but Zerodha Support Team is not providing Mutual Fund Transfer Transactions statement,
                        Instead of that they are misguiding and providing working reply.

                        Its not expected from Zerodha.

                        I need AMC Statement for Mutual Fund Transfer Transactions on High Priority.
                        Please do the needful.
