On 10 February 2025 Morning I noticed that 61 out of 67 holding's Average cost showing incorrect figures as well as my P&L also showing negative or wrong numbers. and raised compaint under Support on same day. (refer the ticket no : [protected])
I recieved a response from support team that the issue will be fixed within 24-48 hrs of time and I again checked my Kite (zerodha portal) same on 14 February 2-25 as per their previous response in ticket on 10 February 2025 but I found no fix or update on the resolution to my issue or concern. Again i raised my concern on same day i.e 14 February 2025 here I recieved standard response that expect 24-48hrs to get issue resolved.
This was really frustrating to me as a Investor who trusted Zerodha but again i reached out to support team on 17 February 2025 which is more than 168 hrs of my initial ticket ( 7days). then they mentioned in ticket saying "transferring your query to the concerned department. You can expect a response in the next 24 to 48 hours."
on 19 February 2025, Tried calling customer care number mentioned on the portal[protected] where no one responded and then I called another number[protected] whre both customer support agent and escalation manager told me that this is notice on 17 February 2025 and will be rectified or fixed with in 24-48 hrs( tarik pe tarik a standard statement from everyone) however this issue started on 10 February not 17 February 2025.
I recieved a response from support team on 18 February 2025 that Console holding updated and Kite (zeroddha) will be synced next morning and it was updated, however I recieved feedback call from support team from[protected] and I shared my feedback and displeasure on they way Zerodha team handled my case and I acknowledged that issue is resolved at that moment,
Today again when I opened my Zerodha portal again I found same issue but this time 66 out of 67 showing incorrect avg cost ( 54 showing 0 or N/A). I'm really frustrated to see this issue again and there is not proper fix from concerned team.
I receieved update from support team member Sharon stating that they found issue and will notify me once its fixed
Do you really think your team is compentent enough keep customer happy?, I see here team is more focused on KPIs such as TAT and AHT not customer statisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
