[Resolved]  Zerodha — losses due to square off order rejection of position

Dear sir/madam

I am anupam garg having an account with your company zerodha client id zs2277.

On 24th jan 2018 had position in mcdowell-n in options call of 4000 expirey jan 18 quantity 500 at the average rate of 50.45 rupees carried from 23ed jan 2018 and second position in amarajabat in options expirey jan 18 call 840ce.

On 24th jan mcdowell-n 4000 ce got the clearing of 45.15 and opened at 42.35. After that at the time 9:21:44 am i placed a order in mcdowell-n 4000 ce at the rate of 40 to square off my position but order rejected by you and after my order rejection mcdowell-n 4000 ce traded 41.15 price because of this i got a huge loss of rs 24000/-

Same condition same date in amarajabat option call 840 ce i placed a order at time 10:10:49 am for price 7.00 to square off my position which was also rejected by you.

I called your customer service no. Bus he continue tried to missguid me he didn't not able to resolve the issue due to lack of knowledge.

Due to your problem i am in heavy loss and in this i don't want to bear the loss off 24000 /- in mcdowell-n.

Please resolve the issue asap otherwise i have to knock the door of sebi or other legal action.
