Zerodha — Refund not issued for failed SIP

I had made a NEFT transaction of Rs 27500 to YES Bank account of ICCL as per information provided by Zerodha on their portal on 1st July, 2022. The money was deducted and after 2-3 days, the SIP of Rs 25000 for Kotak Emerging Equity Fund was not executed. Hence, I made UPI payment of Rs 25000 for the above mentioned SIP. The payment was successful. However, I got a notification after few days that the SIP has failed. I have been following up on Zerodha to get the refund as promised by them for over a month now and out of Rs 52500 (Rs 27500+Rs 25000), I have received only Rs 22500. I had asked for the transaction against which these refunds were made along with the request to provide the refund of Rs 30000 remaining amount. However, the only response I get is BSE StarMF is working and they will get back to me. On asking about a timeline by when I can expect a refund, there is no proper response and I am just asked to have patience and Cooperate.
