Zerodha — Regarding 16th Thursday 2025 Exit issue

Hi Team,

yesterday I had taken trade in Natural Gas in Zerodha. i was not able to operate my account at 9:40 pm from which im bearing loss of around 20k. and my account balance is also showing less without my consent it has added 1 extra trade in Natural gas. Yesterday transaction amount is also not showing. the issue happened only in Zerodha, which the company is not accepting and taking responsibility. customer care are informing us that we have to bear the loss no proper response. kindly get me the refund of the amount which im in loss now.
