[Resolved] Zestmoney — cancellation of my voucher code of 8000 rupees | |
I have applied for voucher code of 8000 rupees, for make my trip booking but now i have no use of the voucher for which i want to cancel the loan, but they are refusing it to cancel it, saying contact to make my trip merchant customer care, if they allow to cancel, but these are totally Fraud because the loan is applied by me and i have not used a single money of it, so, you people have to cancel it. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. Once the voucher is active we will not be able to cancel the loan application. You can pre-close the loan at any time. Team Zest. I have complained many times before to the zest money customer care team over phone then they sent me a confirmation SMS of cancellation of the voucher code loan, but now I got an email that your emi of 2788 is due. And when I asked them about this, they are saying no updates are showing about cancellation of the loan. Very bad service you are providing.
