Zestmoney — Cibil score wrongly reported

To whomever it concern,

This is to let you know after making multiple attempts and even being at good terms with zest money folks you guys have ruined my credit score i talked to serveral agents and supervisor from the company nobody has able to resolve the concern.
Nobody returns a call and IVR doesn't connect to right person

Even after pre closing most of the loans you still reported late payments and overdue amount even the accounts i have closed still showing active on CIBIL report PFA for more details and i have corporated with every single person whom i spoke with in the organisation and i never got any answer or any resolution.

Today i am in need of money inspite of having very good payment history nobody is considering my loan application as PIRAMAL FINANCE your lending affiliate or Zest money has not reported transactions correctly

I am so disappointed and harrassed by your wrong doing that has created personal and financial problems in my life, i might end up taking some decision like doing something wrong by myself as i am that FRUSTRATED and this is harrasment is not that customer is not able pay its about you have ruined his life and running away from me hope this email finds you well.
