I’m paying on time. But still my account is frozen from past 2 months. If i contact zest customer care through mail. They are saying it is system generated. If we pay properly zest will freeze the credit limit. My friend he wont pay on-time but his account has been freezed.

Due to some reason i done my payment late but the account got frozen i have every good cibil with 750 score even I spoke with agent about my late payment I done full payment with penalty they said they don't frozen but they frozen.wating for activation
