I had two loans from zest money my loan account number is 8C3485FD0B19 and 9F37D9111819. I paid off both loan on time. Now Zest money is not providing the NOC after lots of requests through proper channel. There is not a single default or late payment. Please do the needful for my NOC at the earliest.

My loan no -3F92FF9285F9 my zest money register no-[protected].now I paid off loan in month of june.zest money is not providing the NOC after lots of request.customer care always tell a lie .he said to me today provide me tomorrow .
Hi Team, My loan 8E8838188EE2 has been closed 4months back. But still it is not reflecting in CIBIL. I have sent couple of mails, but I didn't get any positive resolution. Also I have requested an NOC this closed loan. There is no response on that.

I have a major issue with Zestmoney and i planning nto file a legal complaint.
As i have taken many loans from Zestmoney and i have paid back every loan on time without missing a single one after closing all my accounts. When i open my CIBIL report all the loans was still open and not been updated. And there was a loan for 5lack reported on my cibil which I have not taken and i have not signed up for, without my knowledge and without my approval they have updated a 5 lack loan to my cibil.when i called the customer service I recorded the conversation and they told me this was a technical issue and it has happened to many clients like me and they sent me an email.however when i applied for a loan from the another back it got rejected only because of this 5 lack showing up on my cibil. I have spoken to my lawyer and will be fileing a legal complaint with all the proof i have if you need any details you can call me [protected]
