Dear Zest Money,
I have been following up with your team on chats and calls for the last 3 months. Your personnel keep mentioning that you will process payment by the next 10 days, 20 days but I am the only one making payments and not receiving the cashbacks.
Your Company policy clearly states that cashback will happen within 3 to 5 working days as per the mobile app.
If i miss my EMI you will charge me interest, but since you are behind now, can i charge you interest?
I am at the limit of my patience; I will not process further payment until cashback is received.
This is a matter of principle, I cannot trust you with my money, maybe tomorrow UpGrad will say Zestmoney is not paying, and the students will have to make payment, while i have already made payment to you.

I'm also facing the same issue. If we don't pay any emi they will decrease our credit score and charge interest. But they are not returning our money. For 3 months I haven't received any cashback. How is this acceptable?

I paid my emi rupees 7861.23(march23), 6922 (april23), 6953(may23) .I am not recieved my cashback 460(march23), 291 (april), 147(may23) still in account. Please review my account.and response me as soon as possible
