Zestmoney — ZestMoney loan disbursed twice due to error. No refund even after 2 months!

I paid an order at Decathlon Sports through ZestMoney EMI on April 6, 2022. The payment process failed multiple times at ZestMoney processing page and I recieved an error in the app. Only option was to retry the payment, so I retried the payment and finally the payment got approved. But now two loans of the same order are active in my ZestMoney account. The two active loan IDs are;
D460JEXCEFDC and DW4DEODV4B9L.
One of this loan is active only because of the payment error occurred at ZestMoney processing page. Decathlon Sports has only recieved a single order and they have made sure any amount debited has been refunded back. The payment gateway, RazorPay has also confirmed a successful refund (rfnd_JG0gx9tVpTRZlA). I've been emailing ZestMoney from April 11 and been calling their customer support since then. No response from them yet. The EMI payment is due and ZestMoney is auto debiting both loan money from my bank account.

The loan is closed now inside the app. I just recieved a refund amount of 2, 127.04 from "RZPX PRIVATE LIMITED" which I believe is from ZestMoney. But the extra amount that got auto-debited from my bank account on 5th May, 2022 was 3, 540.49. Where is the remaining 1413.45, ZestMoney?
