I had taken plumbing services from zimmber. The services were so pathetically performed & above all the plumber (So called champ) was so insensitive that he even do not agree to the mistake he committed.

After that i have been calling the call center every day but every day i have been given one or the other excuses & promised to get the work rectified but nothing happened. Now it is almost 15 days i have been chasing your personnel but no body is listening us.

Now i do not understand how to move forward on this

    Hello,

    I took refrigerator repair service. I was told it requires refill of gas and filter change. It was done and they charged me 2400 rs. Next day, again i had to face the same problem. I called them again and again. I was told that senior executive will accompany the person who did the service but no one came. They did the refill of gas 3/4 times but problem was not solved. Finally i took the service from some other company. The problem was solved in 10 minutes. He told the gas which zimber executive was refilling was incorrect.

    So, i would like you to refund my money as service was not done properly. It was wastage of my time and my money.

      We had availed of zimmber's pest control services about a month ago. they charged us rs.1000 for their service, and used a combination of gel and liquid spray. they guaranteed that the cockroach problem would be completely wiped out.

      A month down the line, we are facing an increase in the number of cockroaches. zimmber does not seem to have a feedback system on their website, hence i am forced to write about the matter here.

        We awarded zimmber a contract to install wash basin in our house. Their representative took advance money and ran away with our money. There after they arent answering calls. We called up the call centre but the call centre has not responsed even after 3 weeks. Pathetic company.. Even after repeated complaints on fb, email, etc they are just not replying. Such companies should be prosecuted for cheating

          The service provided is really bad. We were taking follow ups since morning but we did not receive the service till noon.. Whenever we call they provide different numbers and misguide the customer by saying customers number is switchoff when they call.. We are highly dissatisfied by this behaviour.. The person whom we called was very blunt in his tone...

            Hi, i have booked for plumbing service for my washing m/c installation. After the plumber installed the m/c and left. Could not use m/c due to incorrect installation. After repeated complaints it is not getting resolved. The order is being re-scheduled everyday but no-one is coming to correct this.

            This is highly unprofessional. Please resolve it immediately.

              Not attended by any service man till date/time.
              Don't use zimmber it's fake I mean fake promises fake service etc etc zimmber is like trap of companies

                No one arrived.
                Got false commitment thrice, but no one turned.
                Vivek and other executivescommitted but failed
                finally i get a message saying its cancelled.

                  Dear sir,

                  Let me brief the history with zimbber so far..

                  I had done a zimmber service for my ac.

                  For 3 days the ac remained faulty and now the summary after the 3rd day.


                  My technician arrived today.
                  He changed the connection as a result now the compressor is not tripping.

                  Also there is a gas leakage in the 8 and 9th pipe line that is because while servicing the ac might have been mishandled.

                  So now at the end i have to pay another 1500 for refilling of gas and soldering..

                  Thanks for your service. And thanks to zimbber which employs unskilled technicians who don't know how to service and do proper connections.

                  Also your technician had dropped my ac in bathroom while cleaning. This might be the reason why the leakage has been generated..

                  As per the technician's demand i have paid 1500 rs instantly.
                  (Rs 650 /- for capacitor, 850/- for ac servicing)

                  I request a refund of the service charges to zimber
                  You can keep the capacitor charges since you have replaced it.

                    After booking a service for a plumber, the assigned "champ" told me he wouldn't come. i tried calling the customer service, the call disconnected mid sentence and the phone no became unreachable. Moreover, i tried to cancel it, it says that they will charge me 150INR as cancellation fees. im not going to pay any amount for its cancelled at the company's end!!

                    Zimmber has not charged me with the cancellation fee as it acknowledged that it was cancelled at their end. It also encouraged me to use their app again promising me that this wont be repeated. I hope i wont be disappointed next time.                       This is with reference to the mentioned service request i placed on may 6 for a laptop service. It has been the most harrowing and mind numbing experience working with your team and appointed/verified vendors. This is how the entire issue played out.

                      As per my booking slot your vendor visited my house on saturday, post checking my laptop he informed me that there the display cable needs to be replaced and will cost me rs 300, though the laptop will need to be taken to the service center and returned to me only on monday (12-2pm). I agreed and asked them to give me a receipt and also remove my hard disk due to data concerns. I also had paid them rs 100 as the fee.

                      On sunday i get a call from the service center informing me that if i want my laptop repaired i will now need to shell out rs 600. I argued with the person that his engineer had multiple times told me it won't be a penny more than rs 300 and this is not correct so then the person told me that i will get a call back.

                      I received no call on sunday or monday and when i called the vendor he was abusive and told me that i shall only get it on tuesday 12-2 pm. I did not get any information until 3pm on tuesday and when i called i was informed that i won't get it before 6pm. Post shouting at the vendor he said he shall try to get it to me by 4pm. At 430 pm i get my laptop back with a bill of rs 900 and the person who came to deliver it had no clue how to re-attach my hard disk and due to which i was not able to check whether my laptop has been repaired.

                      All through the above incident i have been talking to your incompetent and unintelligent customer support team of mr. Shezaad and ms. Twinkle. They had no clue and or authority to help me with the matter. They assured me of a call back within 30 mins and finally called me 3 hrs later at 7:30 pm when nothing could be done. Shezaad and twinkle should be fired immediately. It's 1pm the next day and i have still not received a call back from them. I was stupid enough to try zimmber's services thinking it help me avoid the traffic and unprofessional repair center folks but i believe zimmber is nothing but a roadside repair shop with a colorful logo. Finally i have been able to re-attach the hard disk my self and still trying to figure out if your authorized vendor has taken out the original parts from my computer.

                      I hope in the interest of new start-ups and businesses around the country that zimmber soon shuts shop, you guys give starting up a name.

                        I had requested Zimmber to provide me driver for my ride. Request was put and acknowledged 3 days in advance. I received a call just an hour before travel that driver is not available and they will not be able to fulfill the request. It is so rediculous that everyone from the family is ready to travel and now all of a sudden there is no driver. Its simply pathetic.

                        So unprofessional behaviour. Should stop advertising as they got no capacity.

                          I gave my daughters winter jacket for dry-cleaning to these people on 1st of Feb, they lost the fur of the jacket and now no traces of the fur as they returned the jacket saying that we did not give them the Fur while giving the jacket.. I called so many times to their customer care but no help.. these people are not even accepting that they have lost the fur and try to offer a compensation/solution for the same rather they are just trying to be defensive and now not responding too.. really pissed off ..
                          With this experience I can say for sure that they do not have any check on their vendors and we customers have no contact of these vendors so this put the customer base in danger as Zimmber people may just stop responding to your issues on their free will !!

                            Delivery delayed by 7 days even after continuous follow-ups. Missed an important event due this, causing a lot of trouble and financial loss.
                            Ill-mannered and unethical delivery boys.
                            Exchanged a tee shirt with someone else and yet no action over repeated follow ups.

                              Again today morning, again I have found that it ia not working.

                                I gave my clothes for laundry for the first time with them in which I gave 16 clothes but I received only 15 clothes that to not on the due date but a week later after continuous follow up .I didn't receive any physical bill at the time of giving my clothes due to which now they cannot track my jacket and are offering for a reimbursement of Rs500 when the jacket is worth 5000.From the day I received my other 15clothes that is 14th of January till today I have been calling them up regarding my jacket but the matter is being dragged on rigorously from their end.They have caused and are causing me a mental harassment by such a unjustified way of treating customers.Attatched below is picture of the jacket and the note which I made on my phone on the 4th of January when I gave them my clothes.

                                  My laundry was given to them on 27.1.2016 at 11 AM with a clear understanding that it would be delivered on 30th at 6 PM onward. Till now, the items are not delivered and they are saying that your laundry is ready and it will be delivered today. I have to buy a new white shirt for the meeting, as laundry clothes not delivered on time. In case they are not able to fulfill the promise why do they go for business and why advertise so much ? I want compensation.

                                    I had taken a Plumbing service from Zimmber on 17th Jan-16 for minor leakage in washroom from my flush cistern. The person came did his job and went by taking Rs. 150/-. Within 10 minutes the leakage started again. I called their customer care no[protected] again and complained. The same person came did his job and went with Rs 200/-. Now the outer leakage stopped but whole overhead tank water of approx 1000 Lts is draining out from my flush cistern. I again complained to Zimmber for the same through their online chat service and I received a call from Mumbai ([protected]) also on 21st Jan-16. I narrated the whole story to their executive and she ensured that my problem will be resolved. Again on 24th Jan-16 I received a call again stating the same that the problem will be rectified. Lets see what happens.

                                        Date-22/Oct/2015 We booked electric service from Zimmber Order No. OR[protected] for 21st October-2015 at 7:30. The electrician didn't turn up on time and after that he called to confirm whether we are there or not. We postpone the appointment for next day at 10:30 am but he turned up 11:15 am on 22nd October 2015. He just checked whether current flow is there in plugs or not. and he said, he will not be doing any repairing of Water Purifier as he doesn't have enough capability to do it. After that, he just saw fan from outside and said there are issues if you want, this would be payment. We said we don't want to get it done. We show him one loose wire in one of the switch boards, he just rejoint the same. Now he asked for INR 300., INR 150 for visiting and INR 150 for repairing. Zimmber price says Repairing of switch / wire- INR 50. Even when I booked the serviec through APP INR 150.00 discount I was getting. So no calculation being done by team and he is asking for INR 300. He started fighting and shouting with us for payments of INR 300. Zimmber is trying to misguide hell lot of stakeholders in following manner: 1. Showing Daily orders volume high even though service has not been availed by consumers.(My account with Zimmber says Past Order Completed -1, however I have not availed any service so far till 22nd Oct-2015 morning 11:30 am) 2. No communication between technology and service provide. Their app doesn't get any confirmation whether service is availed or not. 3. Disgusting Service Providers like Pradip Gupta, who are ready to fight customers for INR 300. 4. No discounts given even Coupon Codes have been used. 5. Showing fake orders to investors like VCs and trying to jack up the valuations. We find the service a worst experience and Zimberr team doesn't have enough courtesy to give us a call back. Worst experience so far.
