So far, so good. Zimmber is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope Zimmber will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝
My name is Raj& Im from Delhi. Unfortunately I have filled in a form with "Zimmber.com" for my Chroma AC service on 17th July 2015 for which they have claimed Rs500 & told that they can give a discount of Rs200 after I have told them that Rs300 is the normal cost. They have agreed on it. I have got my Order ref: OR[protected] on 18th July. The very 1st visit was scheduled at 4pm on 19th July. It was damn hot weather...
