        Sir.
        We were unhappy about your service.. Very worst service. No mailresponse and sms response.
        We are not getting our most channels and i complained to customer care on and they said to me that some alignment problem and dth box problem and these are their technical problems and it will solve free of cost (New box installed and dish alignment) as per they requested i filed a complaint to the respective mail id. And there were no response to the mail.. And again and again i called to customer care no response from their side till today a call from zing customer care they said an amount of rs.450 need to change this dth box, the complaint is still pending i can not see many channels that i paid. Till the date
        We were really fed up with this...
        And our recharged amount loss

          Sir.
          We were unhappy about your service... We are not getting some channels and i complained to customer care on 1st August and they said to me that some alignment problem and dth box problem and these are their technical problems and it will solve free of cost (new box installed and dish alignment)as per they requested i filed a complaint to the respective mail id which they give on 3rd August2020. And there were no response to the mail.. And again and again i called to customer care no response from their side till september 4th, a call from zing customer care received on 4th september 2020 they said an amount of Rs.450 need to change this dth box And again we called to customer care and they said no money is need for resolving this complaint.But the complaint is still pending i can not see many channels that i paid.till the date
          We were really fed up with this... It's been our 37th day.. Kindly do something sir

            Hi sir... We were so much dissatisfied about your service... We are not getting some channels and i complained to customer care and they said to me that some alignment problem and as per they requested i filed a complaint to the respective mail id which they give. And there were no response to the mail.. And again i called to customer care and they done the registration for me... And almost 2days we wait for operater to come... And again we called to customer care and they said to me that your problem has solved like that it's showing in there system... And i said that operator only not comes and how our situation will be solved... And again they register a complaint after 3days the operator came and he didn't even see the problem and by just seeing the settop box he said that it has to change and again i called to cc and she said something... We were really fed up with this... It's been our 7th day.. Kindly do something sir

                Zing TV recharge is not successful. Money is deducted from my account but there is no recharge confirmation. After entering the OTP, it will remain in the redirect window and goes to timeout after 10-15 minutes.

                    Dear personnel,
                    Plz look into the issue, I am the existing customers from last 3 years. VC no. [protected] .
                    Problems:
                    1. I am spending money for a parricular package but we are not getting those channels.
                    2. When I am trying to contact with customer care number that's inactive [protected]

                    I am paying money every months but I am not getting service that's called gentalman loot. In India. So please lookinto the issue. We want optimum use my money which I am earning after too much hard work

                    I am an Zing DTH Consumer from last 3 Years, now from one month no channel is available due to complaint to set up box, i have complained 3 times due to after every week they close the complaint status without attending the case..from last some days .no response to e-mails, customer care number...Please note my payment term is yearly...So bad service that I recommend please no one get with zing DTH service they are baddest service provider in India...I am going to Consumer court to sue them...
                    A lots of ads waste a lot of time movie is just played for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes break whats this

                      I am the customer who opted you and given you chance to extend your service since 2016. Last day i had experienced the worst customer service. I will brief in detail; i had processed my request on 18 feb 19 for change in plan and cartoon channel add ons. And in this connection i made five reminder calls for this simple revision. Today lastly i called and enquired your executive saying it is still under processing. I'm not understanding what your back end staffs are doing in such issues. More than 24 hrs is not acceptable. And i am sorry to say i am changing my connection due to the way of service zing digital extended to me and will circulate my issue as much i can. My registered mobile no is [protected]

                        I am a customer of your D2H service with con. no. [protected] and I have
                        recharged for Rs.210/- on05.02.2019 but I can not watch any bengali channel like Star Jalsha, Colors Bangla, or any bengali news

                        channel except Z-bangla and Akash Aat etc. After recharge a message was
                        received that "You have been migrated to ur new plan as per TRAI guidlines" though I could not do so.

                        I request you to start Bengali package( Star Jalsha, Colors Bangla and
                        bengali news channel like ABP Ananda, 24 Ghanta, News 18 Bangla etc.) within the amount which I have recharged on 05.02.2019. Though the company advised to upload the prescribed chaneel in their website but I have tried so many times it is invein.

                          My name is kartick halder. My package is 240rs after this new cable rule l subscribe for star value pack but they don't give me my channel packs when i call customer care but they are so rude they don't receive my phone and when they received said 'call us after 30min repeatedly'. Then after some time they unlink my mobile number when i directly call them they said can't give me any information about this.

                            I have been paid rs.3oo for a month on 05/02/2019 and noticed that so many channels which i have been views in earlier month e, i jan, 2019 on same price (Rs.300) have been stopped and provide the new package without my permission and channel selection by me as per trai guidelines.

                            No new package details and its value as per trai have been provide me.
                            Therefore, i could not ascertained cost per channel / bouquet price into rs 300 already paid.

                            Please necessary steps should be taken for the same.

                              Recharged with rs.230.00 (Vcard no. [protected]) today. But no odia language channels except prarthana channel can be viewed displaying error message no.301 saying that no signal found. Previously also 3 nos of odia news channels namely prameya news, see kalinga and kanak news showed the same problem saying no signal found. Other channels are okay.

                              Zing tv has not been able to give me all previous channels or reduce my package rate

                                The price of bengali package which i have downloaded from respective site and link is no where near the real one. One channel i asked for was sony ten3 which has a price tag around rs 26 to 30 plus gst one customer care executive told me that it would cost me rs50. It is a clear cheating with customer. I demand them to update their package price so everyone can know or take price as written in package list.
                                I am just known to problem for zing digital tv & just call me your's zing customer number is not going on call

                                  We recently recharged for one year plan. With in a few days we stopped receiving all channels except 3. When contacted customer care, their response is rude. They registered a complaint saying that a technician will come for a charge of rs.200. We agreed for that also but till now no body called me even after 24 hours. Each we call customer care, we are wasting 10 minutes time.
                                  I have a connection but i propetly dont know the value of package

                                    For 3 years things i faced :-
                                    I requested for airtel dish tv in local retail and two people came and installed zing digital which i realised long after, when i faced challenge fir first time.
                                    The people came asked for extra money without any receipt and was most rude i have ever faced.
                                    I agreed as i already paid the money and knew i will never get it return.
                                    Antenna goes defective from time to time and every time i have to call service and pay extra. Though the issue solved after my relentless pursuance with customer care.
                                    Packages gets suddenly discontinued without any info or suggestion and later i had to followup and get harassed for long and pay extra to get them back for my kid. Namely pogo and discovery kids.
                                    Discovery was discontinued few weeks back, and today animal planet renamed animal planet exclusive got discontinued too.
                                    The remote given is very poor quality and i had to bother a lot.
                                    Zing internal advertisement, reminders will keep coming in front of screen and you have no way to stop it.
                                    It will remind you whole day for 7 days before recharge date. Without ofcourse your choice.
                                    For past two months i have had serious issues recharging online and even after repeated complaints no one cared.
                                    Today i tried to call the customer care number[protected] and found to be wrong number.
                                    Have had enough. And enough is enough. I will definitely post these experience whereever i can.

                                    I am unable to book a technician as postal pin which I am giving showing invalid on their system, although it's right one .                                         I have a zing dth connection bearing vc [protected] of pack rs199 with 15 odia channels pack. But unfortunately, the zing dth service provider does not provide these 15 channels. When i contact the customer care they told me to pay rs.150+gst as service charge.

                                        As i have the connection with 15 odia channels and they ask to pay again the abive amount as service charge. This is indicate that the service provider wants to collect money illegally.
