Zing Digital — First payment 19/5/16; next payment 17/6 - even then disconnected on 08/07/16

Dear sirs,
Consumer no. [protected] – laly s. Abraham
We have got your dish tv connection on 19/05/2016 upon payment of rs.1890/= (Rupees one thousand eight hundred ninety) the same day, an official receipt still pending from your kottayam baker jn. Dealer (The technician who collected money advised to collect receipt from the dealer, whereas dealer said that online receipt will be issued – but so far not received).

At the time of connection it was informed that a monthly recharge of rs.139/- is included in the above payment.

After three weeks got a call and informed us that the monthly charge is hiked and it will be rs.149/- next time!

So, we have remitted rs. 149/- on 17/05/2016 and got its acknowledgment in the mobile no.[protected].

In the first week of july '16 it started displaying on tv that the connection will expire on 8th july, and got disconnected – no picture now!

When checked with you agent/rep at baker jn., kottayam they said that rs.20/- was charged as reconnection fee from last recharge of rs.149/- which is totally wrong, that the connection date is 19th whereas we have paid next month due on 17/05/16..

Please look into this matter with priority and reconnect without any more delay until 18/07/16 though we lost some days now (9/07/16 to 12/07/16).

As you noticed. My mobile phone reception was not well while talking you.

Hope you believe that “a customer can never be bad if the customer service is good!.

Today I got an SMS in mobile phone that above connection is now SWITCHED OFF! Pls recharge with Rs.149/- !!!
Why all these mistakes? Is there anyone to take care of such system mistakes???
