We had booked 4 tickets from Mandi to Delhi on 26th of June. Because of the land slide in the area the buses got delayed, which is understandable. What is completely unacceptable was the sheer negligence from Zing bus to inform us about the time of arrival. We had been stranded in the bus stand for 7 hours at night in wait of their phone call. Still they didn't care to respond to our calls. Then we had to takr another zing bus for double the amount, which felt like total exploitation of the situation. We have lost a lot of money and not a penny has been refunded. Such irresponsible behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
