Zivame — Asking for more money for products after confirmation of order n issuing a invoice | |||
I ordered few products online on the site zivame.com .they took a cash on delivery order, regarding which i received an automated call which i confirmed and then received sms that my order was confirmed .next day i received a call from company's executive asking for confirmation and i confirmed again. i was waiting for my order with cash ready for payment, when i received a mail saying that your order has been cancelled due to non availability of products . i talked to the executive on company's website chat and the told me that they tried calling me on 8 th august 2015, but could not contact me, for which i told them that i received a call on 8th august 2015 and confirmed them about my order. then they told me that they dont have full order, but 8 items are there with them(on mail they sent previously they mentioned that they are cancelling my order as they dont have most of the products).anyways i asked t hem to ship my other products which are in stock, thay said ok and quoted a much higher price than they sent me an invoice of. on asking them about it they said, there was a technical error and now they cannot give the products at offer price, but only on MRP. i told them that why should i pay them for technical error on their part and i wasted my time for placing this order, buut now they are saying it was a technical error and now causing my harassment ...but they hardly bothered and were ok with me going ahead with making their complaint, but they cant give me the products at the price they committed to when i placed the order feeling harassed and cheated Was this information helpful? | |||
