[Resolved] Zivame — Order failed, refund not processed

Placed an order on 13/10/22 with number[protected] for Rs 1439. Order failed due to technical issues on 29/10/22. No refund processed till date. Order status in the app still says order confirmed. 11 emails and every time I am asked to wait another 24 hours. And that I didnt answer their call so call back. I did not get any call to answer and both their customer care numbers does not exist. I need my refund ASAP. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

It's been more than 1 month since I requested for refund as I ordered them on wrong delivery address. I ordered 3 items, refund of two has been received by me . But they are delaying the refund for the third item...I have been waiting for more than 1 month...they are the worst service provider and they take too much time of customers. I have a chat with them today also but still they are telling me to wait further. Zivame has worst service. I have attached one SS ... please have a look at it and see how they scam you and delay your refund
