Hello team,
Today when i went to check the status of my order 76288395, i saw that it has been cancelled and it is showing that i have cancelled it, first of all why is it falsly showing that i have cancelled the order when i have placed the order and paid the order amount of rs 2089 through mobikwik wallet.
Is this a new way to cheat customers, i fail to understand why was my order cancelled? When i had already paid for it and after automatically cancelling it, my money was also not refunded. On top of it i did not revive any mail communication for this. I did not realize that zivame indulged in committing fraud and cheating.
If i had not gone to check the status of my order, i would never have realized that i was being scammed.
I need this issue to be escalated and an immediate resolution to this matter, either deliver my order or refund my money. I have attached the bill copy for reference.
