Zivame — fake offers. products not shipped

I ordered a bra on march 31 2019. Initially the delivery date was 10.04.2019. Nearing to the delivery date.. The shipping date was moving forward. I was never notified. I kept waiting and after 1month, i got really disappointed and e-mailed them. I was replied back to cancel the order and re order. When i'm trying to reorder, the same discounted product is not available.
As i'm done, i want a refund. But there is no option to get the amount refunded to my account.

Updated by Annarj89 I emailed zivame.. they responded quickly . They cancelled the order and initiated a refund to my account. Hope I get the money back soon.
