Zivame — Gift card

I had gift card of Zivame but there was no option for selecting gift card while placing order..I informed Zivame customer care regarding that on 22nd FEBRUARY 2023. They just gave reassurance that gift card option will be added within 24-48 hours. But that option was not available then also. MY GIFT CARD VALIDITY EXPIRED on 25th FEBRUARY 2023. I frequently contacted them for 1 month but just assurance given that I will get my lost amount in form of Z coin or coupon.. Till today, I have talked with 26 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER CARE PROVIDERS. All just raise the issue, give assurance that I will get amount in 24 hours but their "24 hours has not finished yet for the 1 month". I HAVE SENT MAILS multiple without any effect.
It is more than 1 month but they do not vale customer's money and time.
