Zivame — Gift card

I had a gift card from zivame but the gift card option was not available while placing the order. i informed them about that on 22nd february 2023. i was given assurance that the option will be available in 24 hours but it was not available for 3 days. my gift card validity expired on 25th february 2023. after that, i frequently contacted customer care and every time i was given reassurance that i will get my gift card amount in form of z coins or another gift coupon. i talked with 26 different customer care providers. i sent multiple emails including a screenshot of my gift card.
it's been more than a month but 24 hours is not yet completed. every time getting the same reply that we have raised a query. your issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
I request to refund of my gift card amount as soon as possible.
