Have placed return request on 15 April and 22 June of 2 different products. Both of them were packed up by blue-dart’s assigned courier personnel. But, in details it shows return requests haven’t completed yet. I have already mailed and had chat / call with the executive for n number of times he so asked me to wait for 1-2 days to resolve the problem. I haven’t received any revert from them. Neither I received refund nor my Complaint is been considered. It’s already been more than an year I’m for Team Zivame resolve my issue. As my patience level is been crossed & now I’m going to register complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
