Zivame — I have not received the order but it was marked delivered

Zivame is a fraudulent platform.
I have ordered 2 items which is a pre-paid order. I haven't received the orders but it was marked delivered. I wasn't provided with the courier partner's tracking number nor the OTP for delivery. The customer care team says that they have investigated the matter and nothing can be done. I asked for a refund, they are so reckless and careless about the customers. Zivame is just cheating people of their money without delivering orders. Please never buy from Zivame.
