Zivame — Incomplete order processing | |||||
I had placed order on zivame for two products (Order #[protected] with delivery time of 5 days through net banking (Pre paid), now after waiting for 1 week, they have delivered only 1 product & when i called the customer care to enquire about 2nd product they said it is out of stock..I don't know why they took the order & deducted amount when product was not in stock.Now they are saying they will credit only points & not refund cash. I placed an with Order#[protected] and paid 1594 and in return Zivame sent me a used and old product and then there rude customer support people - Tina and Bhargavi denied to refund my money and said they cant help me in anything.
