I had been shopping for more then 3-4 years from Zivame and this is first time Zivame is manipulating me ..since from yesterday I had been trying to place order from your website instead of app my payment is declining, For yesterday order I had been getting 4 nightsuits for just 2500/- but my payment declined more then 4 times and my jio mart cash and zivame coins were lost
So today I tried again to make order even today payment declined from my bank but still order not confirmed
So one of your executive from customer care team told me that my order is confirmed now on COD FOR WHICH NOW I HAD TO JUST PAT 1000/- RS PENDING FOR 2 NIGHT SUIT
BUT NO WHEN I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF ORDER IT SHOWING ME
I NEED TO PAY Rs 1804 /-.

Please stop manipulation your old customer alteast
Did price of your products change every seconds
Please do confirm me amount of my order, If it more then 1000/- just cancel it and do just with recording you have of your customer care team that why that lady committed me that I just need to pay only 1000/- for this order and arrange a call back from any senior who can confirm me reason behind this price change in every seconds
Hope you team will revert me soon and solve this matter taking me as your priority customer
