Zivame — Money should be returned back to account and not Zcoins

I have submitted a return request for one of the item and it has been picked up from my address. I have received a message that the refund has been initiated and the amount will be added to my account in form of zcoins but i don't want any zcoins and i want my money back to my bank account. Please make sure that the money id refunded back to bank account and not to my zivame account.
