I had placed an order on Feb 23rd and the Order #[protected] . Part of the order is still in order Confirmed status and not yet shipped.
When I reached the Customer care they said that product is not in stock, cancellation has been processed on the same and the issue has been escalated to the concerned team. And asked me to wait for 24 hrs for the refund. It’s been 25 days there is no refund in terms of money nor in zcoins . No proper response from the customer care except sorry and wait and no proper response in emails as well.
