I placed an order worth Rs. 787/-(INR) of 2 pair ear rings in Zivame online on September 11, 2021. Still I haven't received my order. I tracked everyday, the delivery date extended day by day.
I called to customer care, they said like they are going to update me in 72 working hours, then asked for money for registration of complaint against the vendor. I said NO, and I am filing the complaint here.

    Address: PLOT NO. 174 NEW VASAVI NAGAR, KARKHANA

    I have performed transaction to Zivame.com on 9th September against order nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected] for an amount of Rs. 3194/- each transaction. All the above orders have been rejected, amount was deducted but till date not refunded back. The bank statement from 9th september till date is attched for ready reference.

    I have checked with my bank and it is informed by them that the deducted amount has neither come to my account not to the bank. As such, you are requested to kindly check with your bank and refund the amount towards failed orders.

        I had ordered two bras from zivame on 11 th sept and had requested a return of the same on 14 th sept.courier partner called me on 15 th and I also got a message that the return will be picked up on the same day and I returned the items, though again I got a message saying I had cancelled the return on 16 th the same person asked me for the return.Need my refund of 852 rs in my bank account as early as possible.

            I got it on 15th September...and i Don't like the size and my exact is mot available so i wanted to return as quick as possible but its 16th September and still it's showing a error for return...

                    As Zivame doesn't provide refund back to your original source, I had got my refund in form of zcoins from previous orders which was definitely more than 514 as I don't recall exact number.

                    Now today when I tried to make the order payment with zcoins and rest with my card but because of some issue the payment failed and that is fine but I didn't receive the zcoins which I used to place the failed order in my account.

                    And those zcoins are not any kind of promotion coins but that is the same money which I got in refund for returning previous order.

                    I need someone to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        Hii, I placed an order from zivame app but by mistake I didnot change my adress. It will be delivered in my old address. I already paid amount . Pls. Resolve it. Also the item is showing delivered whereas I have not even received any call

                          For my return they are providing z coins
                          What am I supposed to do with them
                          On the site they say no strings attached and that the returns are easy then why not just transfer the money back to my account
                          The sizing is definitely wrong here

                                A fraud has happened to my account and I have been looted 1535 ZCoins which are equivalent to INR 1535!!

                                An order #[protected] was placed on my account without my knowledge and my 1535 ZCoins were deducted from it.

                                Moreover, I am unable to cancel this order and this order will be delivered to that fraudster free of cost!!

                                I do not know and recognize the following Pune and Mumbai addresses added to my account!!

                                What is this happening? I am in utter shock and never expected this from such a big company like Zivame.

                                People are doing scams and looting other people's ZCoins which is equivalent to INR.

                                I ask you to take immediate action on this. Please cancel this order and refund me my ZCoins AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      I ordered on the 19th of August and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd but on that day it moved up to 24th and subsequently to the 4th of September. Still shows it is in transit. However i checked the tracking and it shows that the order had been returned at bangalore when I haven’t even received it and i live in kerala. Dates keep fluctuating.

                                        I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 315 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..
