For my return they are providing z coins
What am I supposed to do with them
On the site they say no strings attached and that the returns are easy then why not just transfer the money back to my account
The sizing is definitely wrong here...

Hii, I placed an order from zivame app but by mistake I didnot change my adress. It will be delivered in my old address. I already paid amount . Pls. Resolve it...and why does my orders tab has no information regarding my order .....

I have orderd a produt of rs. 538 and i want refund in account. As soon as possible....

A fraud has happened to my account and I have been looted 1535 ZCoins which are equivalent to INR 1535!!

An order #[protected] was placed on my account without my knowledge and my 1535 ZCoins were deducted from it.

Moreover, I am unable to cancel this order and this order will be delivered to that fraudster free of cost!!

I ordered on the 19th of August and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd but on that day it moved up to 24th and subsequently to the 4th of September. Still shows it is in transit. However i checked the tracking and it shows that the order had been returned at bangalore when I haven’t even received it and i live in kerala. Dates keep fluctuating....

I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 315 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number.....

On 18th Aug someone hacked my account and placed order using my coins, on 19th Aug customer care to cancel the order and i have reset my password. Since them i am following up but no solution, now today 26th Aug the products hot delivered to frauds address.

Zivame is not a trust worthy site, no privacy no confidentiality, poor customer service.

I placed the order on 5th august 2021, until now i still have not received the order. The customer care number is not reachable i tried from both my numbers, the call does not go and it is blocked. I have not got a resolution for my issue....

Size are not fit...so please exchanged my product...
