Zivame — Order Number[protected] Dresses Missing in my Package

I had ordered 6 dresses from Zivame from their app. The order number is[protected]. I was delivered a small box and 3 dresses in the box were missing. The box was intact and was not tampered with. Zivame clearly did not pack the 3 dresses that were missing in the warehouse. The box stated 6 items and the invoice also stated 6 items. I have just been told to write to customer care but no clear resolution has been provided. I need a refund for the missing dresses as this is not at all my fault. I have been a regular customer and am very disappointed by this.????????????????
