I had placed an order with Zivame which includes 3 products. Out of which on the app 2 shows as delivered and 1 in transit. I have to place a size exchange request however I am unable to do so because the entire order is not marked as delivered and the date keeps on increasing daily. I have reached out to customer care multiple times however no response. The exchange window for other product will get closed soon. Later will not be able to place an exchange and will have to keep the products which are of no use to me. Need help asap. Or else it will be a waste of money. Was this information helpful? |
