Hi, my wife recently placed an order worth Rs5000+ from Zivame and they only delivered 5-6 items out of 11 items. The order was placed on the 2nd of August and it has been over a month more. I have contacted the customer care and chat via app thousands of time and all I get back in response is "WE CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER AS IT IS SHIPPED" like what the hell?
The Courier company BLUEDART shows the AWB # however, upon tracking they themselves have mentioned that "Contact Customer Support" from the past 20 days, they are updating the status.
And upon contacting Zivame, they don't a give ###. They only tells me to wait 72 hours for cancellation as I have raised escalation and upon asking the reference number for escalation, they are giving me some bogus number that too upon forcing.
If you're thinking of ordering from Zivame, step back and look somewhere else like Clovia. Never going to use this [censored] app ever and won't let anyone use it in my circle. Was this information helpful? |
