I have ordered Dermawear Shapewear by Order Id #[protected] on 1st March. The ETA of delivery, that was shown to me while ordering was 6th March. It has already been 11th March and it is still in transit.
Thinking that it might be a 'one time' logistics issue, I again ordered the item via Order ID #[protected] on 10th March, and it's ETA as earlier, keeps on increasing (when I ordered, it was shown to be 15th March, and now it has become 17th March).
I called customer care and asked to cancel both the items with refund in my wallet numerous times.
Everytime it was said to me that both the orders are cancelled and the same should be reflected within 72 hours.
The orders are still not showing to be cancelled from my end, neither I received any notification regarding refund Was this information helpful? |
