I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Zivame for failing to deliver my order and for not processing the refund, despite repeated follow-ups.
I had placed an order on Zivame on 27th June 2025. However, even after more than 15 days, the product was not delivered. Due to the excessive delay, I attempted to cancel the order and requested a refund. Since then, I have contacted Zivame customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that the refund would be processed within 72 hours. Unfortunately, it has now been over a month, and I continue to receive the same response, with no refund initiated and no cancellation confirmed. The status of the order continues to show as "delayed in delivery," with no resolution in sight.
This negligence and lack of transparency have caused me considerable inconvenience and financial loss. I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take appropriate action against Zivame and help me get my rightful refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
