I am writing this email with so much of disappointment and anger. I have been a zivame customer for a very long time but now i feel very sorry of myself for installing their app and placing an order. I placed order on january 14th and haven't received it yet. The only mistake i did was choosing my previous address where i don't live anymore.
I got first call on 17th january from their courier partner (Ecom) unprofessional people working out there. I explained the courier guy on phone that he has reached my previous address (Which is in same city and not far from my new address at all). He wrote my new address over the call and confirmed that someone from his company will deliver the product tomorrow (18th january) to my new address.
Days passed but no one came so i called ecom and they asked me to contact zivame. I called zivame and the lady (Very professional with good customer handling skills) understood my concern, took my new address and raised a complaint with ecom and assured that product will get delivered within 48 hours (Which never happened).
I got a call from the courier guy next day and that man again went to my old address and called me from there. What the heck was that? I explained the whole story to him again and he said he will come tomorrow to deliver the product (Which never happened again).
I called back zivame, another lady picked up the call, i again explained her my problem and she raised a complaint again (No one from zivame has bothered to follow up on my complaint with me at all) and assured that i will get the product within 48 hours (I kept my calm and hung up the phone).
I got a call from amit - ecom, that man again confirmed my address, like seriously, there's a limit to everything and these guys have crossed that for sure. He said he will call back in 5 mins and confirm if he can get the product delivered the same day.
To my surprise i received a call after 10 mins from another ecom guy who was calling from ecom kolkata (He said that) and confirmed my address. What is wrong with everyone?? He said the product will reach to me tomorrow (24th january) and here i am sitting with no idea when i am gonna receive my product??
I paid for it and now i have to chase zivame and ecom people like tom and jerry. They have wasted enough time of mine.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their services.
