Zivame — Refund not credited back to my account even after 2 months of following up

Hi

I order 3 lingerie from zivame in June 24 out of which I kept 2 products and returned 1 (marks and Spencers bra) and as per the details they issue my refund on July 19 2022. But till date I haven't received any refund neither in my account nor in the form of zcoins. I raised a complaint regarding this in August 2 2022, and today we are sitting on 31st August 2022 and the only revert I get from zivame is from (Ume Hane and Sadiya) that they are closely following up on my case and would need 24hrs more for this. They asked me for a screenshot shot of my bank statements that also I have provided but no success.
After trying so hard and wasting alot of my time I am writing this complaint so please look into it and do the needful. This is my hard earned money. I manage my family my baby and my job not to waste it like this. Amount is 850.
