Zivame — Refund not processed | |
I've placed a return request of 3 items from my recent zivame order and handed over all three to the shadow fax pickup person that zivame has sent on 19th Jan . But I got the refund of only one item. When I contacted customer care I was assured that I will get the full refund once all the items reach their ware house. Every time I call or write to the customer care they ask me wait for 72 working hours. Now it's almost a month and they are saying my items didn't reach the warehouse hence refund can't be initiated ! I asked them to follow up with the warehouse and the courier service but the customer care executive says she can't do that . I called the pickup person and got in touch with the courier office and they say they have sent all the 3 items to zivame warehouse . Now what do I do . zivame is not providing any customer service, not doing any follow up to find the missing items and just refuses to issue my refund . I'm losing my money for no mistake of mine and it's absolutely unacceptable and outright pathetic from an online shopping portal and it's customer care. Was this information helpful? | |
