Zivame — Refund not received for returned products | |
HI, I have ordered 4 items from Zivame worth Rs 2598/- on 26th August 2021 and was received on 29th August 2021. I returned 3 products on 30th August as I was not happy with the fitting and the products were picked from me on September 7th 2021.The amount/zcoins is not yet refunded to my account in zivame app nor in my source account. There is no communication regarding the same from zivame over mail or message. I tried to get in touch with them over call and email and got an ambiguous response from regarding the refund and they responded within 72 hours issue will be resolved. I advent received any communication from zivame regarding the same over call or email again and after 5 days again I called them and asked them to get the amount credited in my source account as I was not happy with the customer service and they responded they will refund in 48 hours. However, even after 3 days, the amount is not credited and there is no communication/updates from zivame regarding the same. Regards. Was this information helpful? | |
