Zivame — Refund of failed orders | |||
I have performed transaction to Zivame.com on 9th September against order nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected] for an amount of Rs. 3194/- each transaction. All the above orders have been rejected, amount was deducted but till date not refunded back. The bank statement from 9th september till date is attched for ready reference. I have checked with my bank and it is informed by them that the deducted amount has neither come to my account not to the bank. As such, you are requested to kindly check with your bank and refund the amount towards failed orders. Was this information helpful? | |||
