I had ordered a product from Zivame and as the fitting was not good, I had raised a return request. The product was picked up on 9th August 2022 and I had received a message from the courier partner confirming that the product has been picked up. I waited 10 days for the app to be updated and the refund to be initiated but the app still showed as "return request raised".
I had called their customer care on 19th Aug and they send they will raise a complaint and the issue will be resolved within the next 48 working hours. I had waited for 48 working hours and called again and they said, it would be resolved in the next 24 working hours. Since then, I have been chasing this every other day over call and email and they say the same thing rudely and hangup. Such poor service.
