Wrong products delivered twice. Once in the original delivery then in exchange. When asked for a resolution, they asked to return the products and take a refund as they can't exchange more than once. On refusing to return they offered rs.700 compensation that too if i spend rs.2000 and on the cost of their fault. On refusing to that they promised me a call back with a final resolution in 24 hrs but it's more than 4 days there is no call at all. People involved are junior executives tahira/apporva and supervisor apporva. Need resolution as well as compensation Was this information helpful? |
